1 cup flour
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 cup milk
2 eggs
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
I usually just blend everything up in the blender and then pour the batter into a buttered fry pan to make my crepes.
Favorite toppings
nutella

Strawberry Bread Pudding
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1 Tbsp vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
Torn bread
2 cups berries
Mix eggs, milk vanilla and sugar. Layer torn bread and berries in a 9 x 13 pan. Pour over eggs and milk mixture and let sit for several hours or overnight. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until top is golden brown. Drizzle with a lemon glaze, or whipped cream or ice cream.
I have just recently started making bread puddings (pumpkin bread pudding last fall was my 1st) and I love them. I find them similar to french toast, only way better. We've eaten bread pudding for breakfast and for dessert. I've got some bread I want to use to make some more bread pudding, but I think I will try raspberries this time.

Zucchini Chips
Thinly sliced zucchini Chips
Cooking Spray or olive oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Preheat oven to 400. Put zucchini chips on cookie sheet. Spray with cooking spray or paint with oil. Salt and Pepper to taste. Top with cheese and bake for 5 to 10 minutes, then broil for 3 minutes until cheese is bubbly and brown. I like my chips a little bit crispy. I'm not sure yet which would make them crispier- cooking them for a few minutes first or just broiling them on a lower rack for longer than 3 minutes. I'll have to experiment and figure it out.

Raspberry Keifer shake
1 cup Keifer
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1 Tbsp honey
5-10 ice cubes
Blend it all up and serve for breakfast, snack time or as a special fancy drink at dinner.
Cody loves shakes and frozen things for breakfast. In fact if I want Cody to eat something (say left over raspberry oatmeal from breakfast) I just blend it up and pour it into pop cycle molds and freeze it. That boy love frozen stuff.

Here We Go
I decided to start a new blog to help my organize my recipes. I figured I would post all my family's favorite recipes and label them by their favorites. Maybe someday I'll even print out a book when my boys go off on their missions, or maybe by then they'll just be able to log on to the net and look up my blog when they are ready to cook dinner- who knows.
